Four brands. One vision.
The Wellness District was built on a simple idea: the people of Seguin shouldn't have to drive across town for their gym, their recovery therapy, their IV drip, and their skincare. So we brought four trusted, established brands together under one roof at 1199 E. College St.
Today, that campus is home to 78155 Family Athletic Club & Recovery Center, The DRIPBaR Seguin, and LCS Medical Spa — each independently excellent, each part of one connected wellness experience.
